Job Title: Sales Channel Manager – ISA/ISO (Merchant Services)

Location: In-Person | Stockton, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week

A well-established and nationally recognized merchant services provider is seeking a high-performing Sales Channel Manager to lead and support a network of Independent Sales Agents (ISAs) and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) across the U.S. If you thrive in high-volume B2B environments, are passionate about coaching others, and enjoy driving team performance, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and manage a national team of ISAs and ISOs

  • Train new and existing agents on a full suite of merchant services, including:

    • Credit/debit card processing, EBT, mobile wallets, and virtual terminals

    • E-commerce, customer financing, working capital, gift cards, loyalty programs

  • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to support and motivate the agent network

  • Coach agents to improve performance and increase sales volume

  • Review applications, contracts, and required documents with accuracy

  • Maintain and update CRM (Zoho) with call logs, notes, and pipeline updates

  • Conduct performance reviews and equip agents with tools and strategies to succeed

  • Collaborate across departments to achieve company goals

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and responsiveness


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales channel or ISO management in the B2B space

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

  • Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and digital platforms

  • High personal accountability, integrity, and adaptability

  • Coachable with strong emotional intelligence — open to feedback and development

  • Familiarity with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for networking and outreach

  • Positive, solutions-oriented, and team-minded


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in merchant services or other value-added B2B financial services

  • Familiarity with CRM or partner management tools

  • Experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams

  • High-volume outbound calling experience

  • Comfortable on camera for virtual meetings or social content

  • Existing online presence or personal brand is a plus
