Location: Stockton, CA
Hiring Through: Express Employment Professionals – Stockton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday 1st shift
Pay: $18/hr Based on experience
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working person to help with apartment maintenance and general labor at a local apartment complex in Lodi, CA.
Great for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and helping keep properties clean and in good shape.
Job Duties Include:
- Light maintenance work
- Cleaning units for new move-ins
- Groundskeeping (trash pickup, sweeping, etc.)
- Basic repairs (painting, light plumbing, replacing fixtures)
- Helping the maintenance team as needed
- Following safety rules and reporting any issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance or general labor experience (Past 6 months)
- Someone reliable and on time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Must have reliable transportation to Lodi
