Job Description
Express Employment is looking for friendly and reliable Transportation Coordinators (Greeters) for a temporary assignment. This role is simple and focused on greeting riders, checking them in, riding the bus to their drop-off point, checking them out, and repeating the process in the afternoon.
Schedule (Times Vary)
Morning Window
- Begin around 2:50 AM
- Greet riders and check them in
- Ride the bus with the group to the drop-off location
- Check them out once they arrive
- After drop-off → shift ends until afternoon
Afternoon Window
- Begin around 3:10 PM
- Greet riders and check them in for afternoon transport
- Ride the bus to the next location
- Check them out upon arrival
- Project completed for the day
Responsibilities
- Greet riders and maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Check individuals in and out
- Ride the bus during both windows
- Report counts/updates through WhatsApp
- Follow any on-site instructions
- Represent Express Employment professionally
Requirements
- Patient, caring, and people-friendly
- Able to use WhatsApp
- Reliable and punctual for early morning & afternoon windows
- Must have reliable transportation
- Comfortable standing outdoors and riding the bus
- Attend Monday training
