About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator with an electrical or construction background to support daily field operations. This role focuses on coordinating electricians, managing small projects, and supporting service workflows — not trucking or transportation dispatch.
This position requires someone who understands construction job flow, can manage multiple active jobs, and can keep communication aligned between the office and field.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule electricians/field technicians for service calls and small projects

Manage real-time schedule changes and resolve job-site conflicts

Track job progress, documentation, and closeout requirements

Prepare job folders, work orders, and service documentation

Order and coordinate materials for active jobs

Maintain accurate job records, logs, and service schedules

Communicate job updates with the internal team and clients

Support workflow between service, admin, and project coordination teams
Required Experience
-
2+ years in electrical, construction, or field service coordination
-
Experience supporting field technicians, not drivers

Strong understanding of construction/service workflows

Ability to manage multiple jobs without losing detail

Strong communication skills (phone + email)

Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable making decisions

Proficient with Google Sheets and general computer systems
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Service Titan, QuickBooks, or similar service software

Familiarity with job costing, service documentation, and project closeout
