Front Office Coordinator / Recruiting Specialist
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator / Recruiting Specialist to support daily front-office operations while assisting with the recruiting workflow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a warm, professional presence to the front desk.
Position Highlights

Greet and assist walk-in applicants with professionalism and a positive attitude

Receive applications and assist with job postings

Schedule interviews and manage the daily recruiting calendar

Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member

Collect weekly timecards from employees and ensure accuracy

File paperwork, maintain compliance documents, and update the company database

Assist with onboarding tasks and candidate flow as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
