Key Responsibilities
- Assemble metal components such as contacts, phases, switchgear, and hardware
- Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other fasteners
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Remove small quantities of metal or galvanizing using files and scrapers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to meet productivity standards and deadlines
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required – this role demands consistency and punctuality
