MIG Welder

$19.00 - $21.00/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing company in Stockton. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to join a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
- Plan and produce metal forms or fabricated objects according to specifications.
- Reconstruct and repair damaged metal articles and structures.
- Use hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and clamps to complete welding projects.
- Cut metal using torches while following diagrams, blueprints, and sketches.
- Weld and fuse different types of metals and alloys while maintaining structural integrity and minimizing distortion.
- Set up, adjust, and regulate welding equipment as required for the job.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and sketches.
- Familiarity with welding equipment, hand tools, and fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr DOE
