Property Maintenance Technician – Experienced
Location: North Stockton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8AM - 5PM
Pay: Based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations for a residential property. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple building systems. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

General Repairs — Perform skilled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.

Preventative Maintenance — Inspect units and common areas, identify issues early, and complete scheduled upkeep.

Unit Turnovers — Prepare vacant units for new tenants, ensuring all repairs and cleaning are completed to standard.

Work Orders — Complete maintenance tickets accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.

Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Customer Service — Interact professionally with tenants and staff while resolving maintenance concerns.
Qualifications

2+ years of property or building maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently

Reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly

Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks

Personal tools are preferred but not required
