Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Pressline Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining consistent workflow throughout the pressline.
Key Responsibilities

Operate pressline machinery according to production and safety standards

Perform quality checks and monitor product output

Load, unload, and stage materials for production

Adjust machine settings to maintain efficiency and product consistency

Maintain a clean, organized work area

Report equipment issues and support general production tasks
Qualifications

Prior manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
