Customer Service Representative
Express Employment is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading industrial manufacturer based in Lodi. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with a national customer base via phone, process customer orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Lodi, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop rapport with customer base.
- Work strategically with customers, peers, and management.
- Review customer requests and provide quotes to match requirements.
- Process customer orders and follow up on order status.
- Coordinate shipping to meet customer expectations.
- Transfer customers to appropriate department.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate effectively with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting, and Outside Sales.
