Maintain a clean and safe work area during and after tasks.

Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including conveyors, packaging systems, and production machinery.

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Execute preventive maintenance tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance.

Accurately document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Monitor the work of outside contractors to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Maintain proper storage and organization of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.

Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements related to maintenance and equipment reliability.

Provide training, guidance, and support to less experienced team members.

Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and site safety protocols.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and keep up with industry practices.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in a GMP environment (e.g., food, cosmetics, pharma) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industrial machinery.

Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair various types of production equipment.

Familiarity with electrical systems is highly desirable.

Solid communication and documentation skills.

Basic computer literacy for logging maintenance activities.

Ability to mentor and support other team members.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
