Pay: $23–$26/hr
Location: Various Commercial Properties (Thousand Oaks Area)
We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Tech to start immediately! If you’re skilled, reliable, and enjoy working with your hands—this could be your next great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Rotate between multiple properties performing routine maintenance and repairs

Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Light drywall patching and painting

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently
Ideal Candidate:

Strong background in general facilities or building maintenance

Comfortable working independently across different sites

Positive attitude and ready to jump in wherever needed
