Now Hiring: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Pay: $19–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Exact hours TBD)

 

Join a dynamic team in Agoura Hills! We’re looking for a skilled Sales Support Specialist to assist with customer relations, internal sales operations, and export logistics. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:

  • Salesforce

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Customer Service

  • Typing and data entry

  • Export processes (e.g., customs clearance, duty drawbacks, international documentation)

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish or a language spoken in the Asia-Pacific region
