Assistant Property Manager
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Evaluation Hire
Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team and support the operations of multiple commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of property management experience who is eager to grow, take on responsibility, and be part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do

Assist with CAM reconciliations and budget oversight.

Enter and manage tenant work orders

Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes.

Provide support with the leasing process.

Supervise and mentor an assistant staff member.

Travel between 3 local properties each week (valid driver’s license and clean record required).
What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of property management experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with work order systems preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Experience supervising staff is a plus.

Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
