Customer Service
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Simi Valley
Pay: $28–$30/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Type: Eval-to-Hire (open to Direct Hire at $70k/year for 5+ years of experience)
Requirements:

Entry-level (less than 5 years of experience)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Data entry and MS Excel proficiency

Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100 preferred, open to other ERP platforms)

Ability to support incoming sales and general office tasks
