Position: Order Puller & Packer
Pay: $16.50/HR
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime may be required).

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Order Pullers and Packers to join our clients warehouse team in Simi Valley. This role is responsible for ensuring all products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspection of all incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy and quality.

Use an RF Scanner to locate, pull, and record product information.

Pack and label items according to shipping requirements.

Verify that all orders are complete and correct before shipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory as needed.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Basic computer or scanner experience (RF Scanner preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
