Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy e-commerce operation in Simi Valley. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and thrive in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email (95%) and phone (5%)

• Provide excellent customer service through written and verbal communication

• Assist with order issues, returns, and product inquiries

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required, preferably in an e-commerce environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries

• Must be fluent in English
