Position: Remote Customer Service Representative 
Pay: $19/HR
Assignment Dates: December 15, 2025 – March 6, 2026
Type: Contract | Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours may vary during Tax Season (potential 6:00 AM start). Overtime possible Dec–Jan.

About the Role
We are hiring two Remote Customer Service Support associates for the upcoming season. In this role, you will support our Account Support Team as they manage Premier Accounts. You will handle customer communication, inbound call support, conflict resolution, and know when to escalate issues appropriately. If you enjoy problem-solving and providing exceptional service, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Support Team with Premier Account requests

  • Support inbound customer calls and communication

  • Help resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex issues

  • Follow standard operating procedures while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Some college or 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and customer-interaction skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Typing speed of 45–55 WPM

  • Must pass: Drug Test, Background Check, and National Sex Offender Search
