Shipping Associates
Position: Shipping Associate
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93065
Job Duties:
-
Perform shipping and logistics support for outgoing orders
-
Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment
-
Scan items accurately to ensure order integrity
-
Data entry using the UPS shipping portal
-
Communicate via email with shipping brokers and internal teams
-
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
Qualifications:
-
Certified forklift and order picker experience preferred
-
1–2 years of shipping or warehouse experience
-
Strong data entry skills
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-
Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
