Position: Lead Glazer
Pay: $30–$39/hr (DOE)

Location: Westlake Village, CA 91361
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Glazer in the Westlake Village area. This role requires strong technical glazing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional presence with high-end clients and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Proven experience in storefront and residential glazing (up to 5 years preferred)

Strong technical construction knowledge with on-site problem-solving ability

Professional and polished communication skills, including experience working with high-end clients and celebrities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely handle materials; must bring basic hand tools

Reliable transportation with flexibility to drive directly to job sites or report to the office as needed
