Quality Assurance Manager
Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Pay: $110,000–$125,000 annually
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the Quality Management System for a medical device manufacturer. This role requires hands-on ISO 13485 experience and prior work within the medical device industry. Candidates without medical device manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Extensive experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS) for a medical device manufacturer

Proven experience with ISO 13485 compliance (required)

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English

Adherence to company rules, regulations, and quality standards

Consistently meets pre-determined deadlines

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare documents, forms, reports, and correspondence

Professional, friendly, and problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

Strong team player who collaborates effectively to meet company goals

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Qualifications:

High school diploma required

Minimum of 5 years of related quality or regulatory experience, or equivalent experience

Previous experience working for a medical device manufacturer is required to be seriously considered
