Position: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18–$22/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Moorpark, CA

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a 3-month project in Moorpark, CA. This role is responsible for assembling and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fill customer purchase orders in a timely manner

Ensure orders and shipping tickets maintain close to 99% accuracy

Work with scanners and warehouse computer systems

Update warehouse map using standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
-
Safely operate warehouse equipment as required

Complete assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
-
2–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred (less experience considered if strong background)

Experience working with scanners and inventory systems
-
Ability to read and match orders to shipping tickets

Strong attention to detail

Dependable team player with the ability to work under time constraints

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
