Position: Customer Service (Temporary)
Pay: $23/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93065
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment in Simi Valley. This role will act as a key liaison between Customer Service and Production, ensuring accurate communication, order processing, and timely updates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Service and Production teams
- Provide Production with order details, specifications, and technical drawings
- Respond to ETA requests and provide accurate order status updates
- Maintain and update tracking lists for Customer Service and Production
- Handle incoming orders and customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Process and track quotes while providing product information to customers
- Process customer and parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive and document customer complaints and follow up as needed
- Generate sales and order reports as required
- Review and analyze customer requests to ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems (NAV preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and friendly phone demeanor
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
