We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a short-term project. The position involves traveling between four properties.
Duties include:
- Unclogging toilets and sinks
- Sweeping and maintaining exterior areas
- Replacing light bulbs
- Patching and painting vacant units
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation between properties
