Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is adaptable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and welcome visitors (offer hospitality such as coffee when appropriate)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Call clients/customers to confirm appointments
- Provide general administrative and front-desk support
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Experience in life insurance industry is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, presentable, and energetic demeanor
- Adaptable and a strong team player
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
