Position: Scheduler / Office Assistant
Location: Moorpark, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Type: Temp or Temp-to-Hire
About the Company:
Client specializes in interior remodeling of apartment units, primarily handling unit turnovers. This is a new client that has not used staffing services before.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager (who has been with the company for 7 years) is in need of additional support due to increased workload. This role will assist with daily office operations and coordination efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules using group chats with customers
- Communicate with handymen to track job progress
- Perform general office duties (filing, organizing, administrative support)
- Assist with communication between customers, employees, and vendors
- Support with insurance-related items and coordination with Aranda Accounting
Recruiting Notes:

- Looking for someone reliable, organized, and strong in communication
- Must be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
