Job Title: Supply Chain Agent (Temporary – Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supply Chain Agent to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position will support daily operations during a team member’s leave of absence and plays a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and returns processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), which will make up the majority of the role
- Support general production and warehouse activities
- Assist with inventory flow and material movement
- Help with shipping, receiving, and order processing
- Handle physical tasks such as moving boxes and organizing returned items
- Act as a flexible team member supporting multiple areas as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and accountability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

- This is a temporary assignment expected to last 1-4 months
