NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technicians
Simi Valley & Moorpark Areas
$20-$25/hr DOE
Our client is seeking dependable Maintenance Technicians to support apartment communities throughout Simi Valley and Moorpark. We're looking for individuals who are personable, courteous, and committed to providing outstanding service to residents.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident and management service requests
• Maintain the appearance of common areas
• Complete repairs in a timely manner
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions
• Perform basic appliance, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Assist with landscaping, flags, banners, and property upkeep
• Support additional property needs including painting, groundskeeping, trash pickup, pool maintenance, and housekeeping as needed
Qualifications:
• Maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
