Warehouse Shipping Associate
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)
Join a busy distribution center where you'll help prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying productive throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Build shipping boxes and prepare orders for shipment
- Tape and package products
- Print and apply shipping labels
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Cross-train into other warehouse departments as performance is demonstrated
Qualifications
- Recent warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift light to heavy products (depending on assignment)
- English communication skills required
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Friday with occasional optional Saturdays
- Overtime available during peak season
