Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Pay Rate: $27.00–$29.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator for a company in Agoura Hills, CA. This position is responsible for supporting purchasing, inventory management, vendor communication, and shipment coordination to ensure materials are ordered and delivered accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Track shipments, follow up on delayed orders, and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment orders.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments and freight documentation.

Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy.

Maintain purchasing and inventory reports.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory control, or a related administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and vendor relationships.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus but not required.

Experience with shipping, logistics, or freight coordination is preferred.
Additional Information

Full-time, onsite position in Agoura Hills.

Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 45 minutes).

Occasional warehouse visits and lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.
