We’re looking for an organized and detail-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys working with numbers, invoices, and customer accounts. If you have strong Excel skills and enjoy keeping things accurate and organized, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

? Process customer orders and invoices
? Post and track customer payments
? Maintain accurate customer account records
? Follow up on outstanding balances
? Help resolve billing questions and discrepancies
? Work with internal teams to ensure accurate billing

What We’re Looking For:

? Previous Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred
? Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
? Excellent organization and attention to detail
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
