Job Title: Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipping operations. This role involves processing orders, packaging products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse area.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with tools and warehouse equipment, and willing to learn internal systems and shipping software.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders in the company ERP system for shipment.

Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.

Ship orders using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight providers.

Prepare pallets for shipment including strapping and wrapping.

Follow company shipping documentation and tracking procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized shipping, warehouse, and dock area.

Assist with receiving shipments, stock put-aways, and pulling materials for production.

Communicate any production or shipping delays to management.

Cross-train in other production or warehouse roles as needed.

Use basic hand tools safely when required.

Perform other warehouse or shipping duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn shipping systems, ERP software, and internal processes.

Comfortable using basic hand tools.

Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Experience

Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
