Job Full Description

What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming customer service calls.
- Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage technician routes for maximum efficiency.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in company software.
- Communicate with customers and field technicians throughout the day to ensure a smooth service experience.

- Previous dispatching or service coordination experience.
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning company software.

Work Environment:
This is an office-based position where you'll spend most of your day on the phone and computer coordinating service requests. You'll use a computer and multi-line phone system, and taking detailed notes is an important part of staying organized.
Education:
- High school diploma preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Ability to use a computer and phone throughout the day, with sufficient vision and manual dexterity for data entry and communication.
