Position Summary
The Quality Inspector and Customer Service Representative is a dual-role position responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of pool heaters while providing exceptional customer service. This individual will inspect products, address quality concerns, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers, resolving inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection

  • Inspect pool heaters and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and document defects or safety issues, and collaborate with vendors or suppliers to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, including quality reports and corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback to the production team on quality concerns and process improvements.
  • Perform routine audits and maintain equipment calibration logs.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries about product performance, quality concerns, and service needs.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and resolution of product or service issues.
  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain records for future reference.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or experience in manufacturing, customer service, or quality control preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of quality control procedures and tools; experience in a technical or mechanical industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
