Job Description: Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and driven Salesperson to join our team. We are coming in to our busy season soon, and need someone ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, ability to actively listen to our customers, and excellent customer service skills. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure they find the perfect product that results in their long-term happiness. We are willing to train the right individual on the products and services we offer, which is easy and fun to learn, but need someone that can take that knowledge and turn it in to life-long happy clients. We are also looking for someone that could and wants to advance in their career and becoming a core player within our company family as we expand and grow.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
• Understand and stay up-to-date with our product offerings, features, and benefits.
• Listen to customers' needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations, showing a genuine appreciation for their business.
• Demonstrate and explain product features to customers, based on discovering what’s needed and important to them.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
• Assist with inventory management and product displays.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
• Previous sales and/ or retail experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in either location. Englewood, FL or North Port
• An optimistic attitude and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to identify and interact successfully with different personality types to establish productive relationships with customers and team members
• Self-motivated, go-getter attitude, knowing that all efforts that help our company reach our big goals will be recognized and rewarded.
• Strong listening and intuitive skills to identify the true motivation of our customers and get them the exact result they are looking for.
• Interested in becoming a core part of our small team, with opportunities for greater pay and upward movement to at least a managerial role, if not more.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills are a must for processing transactions and managing inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is a plus.
