Job Full Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up, operate, and maintain Haas CNC milling and turning centers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, and engineering documents.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications using a variety of measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, vision measuring system, bore gauges).
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• +3 years’ experience operating and setting up Haas mill and turning centers (Haas, VF4, VF2, TL1).
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming (Autodesk, fusion).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
