HR Specialist (Temp-to-Perm Evaluation Hire)
Location: Nokomis, FL
Pay: $31/hour DOE
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support day-to-day human resources functions. This is a temp-to-perm evaluation hire, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities include:

Processing payroll using ADP

Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets (tracking, reporting, and data organization)

Scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee events using Outlook 365
-
Coordinating and managing employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation
-
Administering employee health insurance benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions
-
Assisting with general HR administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
Prior HR experience required

Hands-on experience with ADP payroll

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Proficiency with Outlook 365, including scheduling and calendar management

Experience with onboarding processes and employee benefits, particularly health insurance

Strong communication and organizational skills
