Location - Nokomis
Starting Rate - Level 1 ($25-$30) - Level 2 ($28-$38) (DOE)
Schedule - 7:30am-4pm
Below are the general qualifications we are looking for:
Rigger Level I
- Experience preparing, attaching, controlling, and guiding loads lifted by cranes, hoists, or other lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of basic hitch configurations and load control.
- Ability to properly select and inspect slings, shackles, hooks, and other rigging equipment.
- Understanding of basic load weights and safe rigging practices.
- Must have current Rigger certification.
Rigger Level II – Preferred
- Experience with more complex rigging and lifting operations.
- Ability to calculate or determine load weights.
- Understanding of center of gravity and load distribution.
- Knowledge of sling angles and their effect on rigging capacity.
- Ability to select the appropriate rigging equipment for the lift.
- Experience planning and safely executing more complex lifts.
- Must have current Rigger Level II certification.
