Job Description: Dependable and motivated Plumber’s Helper to assist with plumbing installations, and repairs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with some hands-on plumbing experience, who’s eager to learn and grow in the trade. Associates will support licensed plumbers on residential and/or commercial job sites and perform a variety of tasks.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
· Troubleshoot issues with installations and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist plumbers with installation of pipes, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components.
· Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, sch as measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipe.
· Load and unload materials and tools and help maintain a clean and organized job site.
· Dig trenches, lay pipe, and backfill as needed.
· Follow instructions from lead plumber and take initiative on simple tasks.
· Help with setting up and breakdown of tools and work areas each day.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
· Drive to and from job sites (if applicable and permitted).
Qualifications:
· Some hands-on plumbing experience (formal or informal).
· A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
· Ability to take direction but also work independently when needed.
· Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials.
· Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle outdoor conditions.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

· Eagerness to build a career in plumbing.
· Mechanical aptitude or construction background.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
