Job Title: Siteworks Supervisor
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Siteworks Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations for site development and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work meets company standards, schedules, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily sitework activities, including grading, excavation, utilities, drainage, and paving.

Manage field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.

Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers.

Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations.

Schedule and track materials, equipment, and deliveries to maintain workflow.

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of work completed.

Communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of sitework or civil construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of grading, utilities installation, stormwater systems, and general site development.

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.

Proficient in using construction management software, GPS systems, and related technology (preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

OSHA certification or a strong understanding of safety protocols preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
