Jaselyn Hicks

Office Manager

Jaselyn Hicks is the Office Manager at Express Employment Professionals, known for her dedication, leadership, and commitment to helping others. A native of Wakulla County, FL, Jaselyn is a proud mother of two and values family above all else. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and exploring her love for cooking.

Jaselyn began her career in healthcare, spending six years as a Home Health Aide assisting patients in their homes and contributing to the Alzheimer’s Project. This experience strengthened her compassion and dedication to service. She joined Express Employment Professionals in February 2022 as a Front Office Coordinator, quickly advancing to Recruiter, and now leads the office as Office Manager.

Jaselyn thrives on connecting associates with meaningful opportunities and ensuring clients find the right talent for their teams. She takes pride in contributing to a company that positively impacts both its associates and the community.

Alan Wright

Recruiting Specialist

Hailing from central Maryland, Alan Hailing has been a valued member of the Tallahassee office since August 2023. He began his journey at Express as a Front Office Coordinator, quickly taking on payroll responsibilities in September and eventually transitioning into full-time recruiting. Although recruiting wasn’t originally on his career path while studying Political Science at Florida State University, Alan has found a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities and thrives on the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the role.

Before joining Express, Alan served as a reading clerk for the Florida House of Representatives and gained experience in landscaping and the service industry. Outside of work, he is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, supports Arsenal FC, and enjoys creative writing projects. Alan also loves biking, hiking, fishing, shooting, and is a skilled cook.

Justin Strayhorn

Regional Business Development Manager

Meet Justin! Originally from the Memphis, Tennessee area, Justin earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Organizational Communication from Murray State University. With decades of sales experience and a background teaching at the collegiate level, Justin brings a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and relationship building.

Justin joined Express in 2022 and has consistently been recognized as a top sales representative and Raptor Club member. Now serving as Regional Business Development Manager, he works alongside multiple Ashcraft offices to build strong client partnerships and support continued growth across their markets.
