Job Title: Skilled Machine Operator
Location: Quincy, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week
Pay: $16 per hour
About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and efficiency in every stage of the manufacturing process.
You’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to meet daily output goals in a safe and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machines according to specifications

Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Read and interpret blueprints or production instructions

Record production data and report any issues to supervisors

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to [X] lbs and stand for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
