Automotive Mechanic – Full Time
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This position is best suited for someone who values precision, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles

Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, and tune-ups

Inspect vehicles to identify parts in need of repair or replacement

Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot issues

Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance
-
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems

Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and mechanical tools
-
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
ASE certification preferred but not required
