Are you organized, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment?
Our local car dealership is looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join the team! If you enjoy helping customers, keeping things running smoothly, and want to be part of a great workplace, we want to meet you!
💼 What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Process deals and complete final paperwork so customers can drive away happy!

Order parts and track inventory

Provide general office support and keep daily operations running efficiently
✅ What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience

Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
-
Experience in a car dealership is a plus, but not required!

Team player with a positive attitude
🕘 Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
