Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time; shift details provided during interview
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating industrial machinery, troubleshooting mechanical or process issues, and demonstrating solid technical aptitude. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of maintaining efficient production with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned machinery in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues and implement corrective actions

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs

Document production data, downtime, and maintenance activities accurately

Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve complex issues

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues independently

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and understand basic technical documents, work instructions, or schematics

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience with automated or CNC equipment
