Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, parts orders, and technical support.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in developing quotes, proposals, and documentation for client projects.
- Provide knowledgeable technical support to both customers and internal departments.
- Maintain organized records of orders, drawings, and communications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience required)
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Experience in technical sales or customer support preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work on-site in Fort Pierce, FL
