Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations across multiple active job sites throughout Florida. This role requires strong on-site leadership, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to ensure precision, safety, and efficiency in every phase of construction.
The Superintendent will oversee subcontractors across all trades, manage schedules, ensure timely material procurement, and drive projects toward successful, on-time completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily construction operations across multiple active job sites
- Provide strong, consistent on-site leadership with frequent travel between locations
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors to maximize productivity and quality
- Manage and adjust project schedules to meet critical deadlines
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to maintain workflow
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and field teams
- Resolve challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects progressing
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently throughout Florida

Day Shift:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
