Administrative Assistant - Vero Beach
Full time - Evaluation hire
$16 per hour+ BOE
Monday - Wednesday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for a Leasing Office in Vero Beach. Assistants in leasing offices are responsible for assisting in the handling all of the day-to-day tasks involved in leasing commercial property including answering phones, greeting residents, and use of MS Office products.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents to verify accuracy of information
- Providing information to clients about the leasing process, including showing available units and answering questions about rental rates and terms
- Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, welcoming them to the facility and answering their questions about available properties
- Communicating with leasing manager regarding lease renewals, rent payments etc.
- Providing administrative support to leasing manager by scheduling showings, keeping records of communication with tenants, and updating databases with new listings or lease agreements
- Coordinating with lawyers, real estate agents, and other third parties to handle legal issues such as evictions or lease disputes
- Coordinating with management on tenant concerns or complaints
- Preparing documents such as leases, rent checks, and notices to vacate for landlords.
- Some walking outdoors is required for this position.
This position will require a background and credit check. Little / no credit will not disqualify you.
