Schedule: Part-Time | 16 hours per week | Day Shift Monday and Tuesday 7 to 3:30
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Handyman to support facilities and maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with general maintenance, repair, and janitorial experience who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and basic installations

Safely use janitorial supplies and equipment

Maintain exterior areas, including clubhouse and landscaping support

Operate tools and maintenance equipment properly and safely

Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and tools

Perform heavy manual labor under various weather conditions

Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule

Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with the public and team members
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of safe use of janitorial supplies and maintenance equipment

Ability to quickly learn janitorial and maintenance procedures

Experience using tools and equipment for repairs and installations

Ability to perform heavy manual labor in varying weather conditions

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
