CNC Mill Machine Operator (Manufacturing) – Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a CNC Mill Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing company with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision-machined parts
• Load and run CNC programs, read and interpret G-code and blueprints
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets for efficient production runs
• Load and unload parts while ensuring proper handling and quality control
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments for tool wear, vibration, or defects
• Maintain proper coolant and oil levels for machines
• Identify and label non-conforming parts and complete required documentation
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM 
• Occasional overtime as needed
• $17.00 per hour or BOE (Weekly pay)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years CNC milling experience required
• Machine shop or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with G-Code and CNC controls (Haas, Fanuc, Mazatrol, etc.) preferred
• Experience with tool setup, offsets, and machining processes
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
